Our Classes
Neon School offers a range of classes designed to meet each student’s requirement. Whether you’re looking for an introduction into Neon glass bending or to refine your skills, we have the class for you.
Choose from half day tasters to our incredibly immersive weekend courses.
Group bookings for up to 16 people are available upon request.
All teaching is with neon artist Andy Doig in his seafront studio in Brighton, UK.

One Day - 7 Hours
The one day course is a great opportunity to experience all the thrills, whilst leaving the technical parts to the teacher.
You will leave with a working piece of neon art created during the day and a deeper understanding of neon.
Time is limited so we impress this is a full on experience.

Two Day - 14 Hours
The two day course offers students a full day of glassblowing, where we cover all the basic moves required to make a neon tube.
The second day will be focused on the student building their artwork in it’s entirety. You will leave with a working piece of neon art created during the day and a deeper understanding of neon.

Half Day - 3 Hours
The half day course allows you to work with glass and try your hand at making neon art. It’s a great opportunity for beginners to get involved and understand the basics of neon making.
Students will work from one of our designs and our studio can illuminate students work for an additional fee of £130.

Group Day
Book as a group and everyone can experience working with glass using our neon techniques.
Our introductory group day allows students to learn about our craft and create their own glass sculptures to take home.
Our studio can illuminate students work for an additional fee of £130.

Week/Month
We offer week/month long course for those looking to expand on their neon skills. This is an opportunity to explore areas of neon glass bending not covered on the one/two day courses.
Subjects include workshop practice, script work, correcting bends and tricks of the trade.
Previous experience necessary.
